Tell us about yourself and your story, how did you end up where you are?
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to share my story. Born in Memaliaj, a small city in southern Albania, where I was raised with the values of hard work, humility, and persistence. From 1998 to 2004, my family operated a local radio station, providing me with early hands-on experience in PC hardware and broadcasting tools.
At just 6 years old, I discovered my passion for technology, which I naturally combined with my love for football. By the age of 14, I had shifted my focus to web design and created an online news platform to share updates and celebrate local success stories in my town.
Since June 2021, I have been managing Postjer, a venture that reflects my enduring passion for technology and innovation. These early experiences have been instrumental in shaping the professional path I follow today.
What ‘s your biggest lesson learned on your journey?
Like many, I once believed leaving Albania would bring greater success, but I realized the most valuable support came from my own community. Building a business abroad presented challenges, including overcoming prejudices and earning trust, especially when perceived as “too young.” These experiences taught me resilience, the value of community and the importance of persistence in overcoming obstacles.
What separates you from competition or other companies?
What distinguishes me is my unwavering commitment to the company’s vision, strengthened by the trust and investment of my family. This support has given me the opportunity to step into a leadership role that prioritizes not just profitability but also the empowerment of others to connect, innovate, and unlock their full potential.
Having the ability to shape and guide a business with a clear purpose allows me to fully utilize my skills and creativity. This ensures that every decision I make aligns with our long-term goals and core values, driving sustainable growth and meaningful impact.
Any tip/advice for young professionals or entrepreneurs?
For young entrepreneurs, I point out the importance of having the courage and confidence to build connections and share experiences. Networking and learning from diverse perspectives can be incredibly valuable. Equally important is trusting your decisions and judgment while understanding the lessons that come from mistakes. A mentor can play a crucial role in driving forward growth by offering guidance and providing insights to avoid common pitfalls.
How do you see yourself in 10 years?
In 10 years, I envision myself leading Postjer to new heights, expanding its range of services and strengthening its market presence. My vision is to position Postjer as a key bridge between local Albanian businesses and global markets, fostering growth and creating valuable opportunities for both sides.
What keeps you motivated every day?
My motivation comes from a clear vision of the future and a strong commitment to achieving my goals. The desire to constantly improve and fulfill the aspirations I’ve set for myself inspires my determination and focus.
What is your favorite quote of all times?
“We don’t need to be smarter than the rest. We have to be more disciplined than others.”
What are the main factors that led you to where you are right now?
The key factor that has driven my progress is a strong desire to succeed, along with a commitment to making these services more accessible and beneficial to others. My goal has always been to create solutions that not only advance my own success but also provide value to those around me.
Who is your role model or inspiration in your life?
My role model is my father, whose determined focus on creating value for our family and society has always inspired me, even when it required taking calculated risks. His courage and steadfast support have been instrumental in my journey, offering me the opportunity to enter this industry and build a career in business.
What are the top 3 core values in life?
The three core values that guide me are stability, empathy and loyalty. Stability keeps me focused and grounded; empathy helps me build meaningful connections and loyalty ensures I stay true to my principles while supporting others. These values are the foundation of my actions and approach.
What are key moments / turning point of your life?
I am proud of the steady support my family has given me, whose years of hard work have laid the foundation for what we have today. I’ve always aimed to be their right-hand support, contributing to our shared success and building upon their efforts. At the same time, the opportunity to create and grow something of my own, free from the limitations of another organization has allowed me to fully showcase my skills, creativity and value. This sense of ownership and independence drives my commitment to achieving excellence and making a lasting impact.
What personality traits make a good leader?
I believe a good leader brings people together by sharing a clear vision and encouraging teamwork toward a common goal. Humility is equally important, as it helps a leader appreciate and recognize the team’s contributions. This approach not only delivers results but also builds strong team unity and morale.
What is the best and the worst part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my role is the flexibility it offers, along with the freedom to make decisions and take control of my work. A key challenge is balancing my personal and professional life. While it can be demanding, I see this as a valuable skill to master, essential for maintaining both productivity and overall well-being.
What is the biggest challenge you have faced in your career? How did you overcome it and what did you learn from it?
The biggest challenge I faced with my company was our first project, which, unfortunately, did not achieve the success we had hoped for. This setback pushed me to reevaluate our approach and transition to a service-based model. While it was a difficult experience, it became an opportunity to refine our strategy and lay a stronger foundation for future growth and success.

When hiring, I prioritize individuals who show stability in their roles and a strong dedication to their work. I seek candidates who share our vision for achieving success. It’s essential that they are committed to contributing to our goals and can work to drive progress forward.

To stay ahead in the industry, I prioritize keeping my team informed about the latest trends and advancements while gathering client feedback to refine our approach. I also encourage networking to build connections and create opportunities for growth, ensuring we remain adaptable and competitive.

I promote innovation and creativity by encouraging continuous research and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies like AI, AR, and robotics to improve efficiency and results. I also integrate advanced marketing strategies to drive impactful outcomes, ensuring the team stays informed about industry trends and remains adaptable, forward-thinking, and performance driven.
How do you balance the pursuit of wealth and success with personal fulfillment and happiness?
Balancing wealth and success with personal fulfillment require focusing on long-term goals and core values. I prioritize a healthy work-life balance by setting boundaries and making time for family, self-care, and personal interests. For me, true success is about making a meaningful impact, personal growth, and nurturing positive relationships, ensuring my achievements also enhance my overall well-being and happiness.
